965 University Pkwy ↗The pricing model is the point: rooms come lean, and the heated pool, hot tub, infrared sauna, gym, even the podcast studio bill only if you use them. The 132 industrial-chic rooms sit between downtown Sarasota and the airport, with an open co-working lobby. More than nine thousand reviewers have judged the experiment, and they average 4.7.
Best time to go
Weekdays, if the co-working lobby or podcast studio is part of your plan.
Local tip
Decline the add-ons you won't touch — unbundled pricing only saves you money if you let it.
