Legacy Cafe Orlando

Desmond and Marjorie Brown moved from New York and opened what became Legacy Cafe in 1986, building the menu around the jerk chicken and curry chicken they grew up with in Jamaica. Four decades later it's still family-run and Black-owned, serving Caribbean staples alongside weekly wing and waffle specials rather than chasing trends.
