This was Anna Maria's IGA grocery, run by Ernie Cagnina for 48 years starting in 1946, and the room still feels like the island commissary it was. Two sisters turned it into a bakery-café-antique-store hybrid, and the owners since 2012 have kept the old-Florida clutter intact. Two thousand reviewers agree the mix still works, at 4.7.
