From-scratch cooking since 1996, carried through three owners — American, English, and now Mario and Elena Mazzini — without dropping the recipes. People plan the morning around the jumbo fresh-baked cinnamon roll, or the Cinnamon Roll French Toast built on it; the hearty plate is the Uncle Buck's Buckwheat Special.
