St. Pete Bakery Café

This is a bakery built on one family's Kurdish recipes, not a generic pastry case - the owner learned baklava and kibbeh from her mother in Kurdistan and still hand-makes them in cardamom-walnut and pistachio versions. The bakery says every recipe is gluten-free, non-GMO and organic by design, which is a harder promise to keep than most cafes attempt.
