The move
Eastbound SW 8th closes from 27th to 13th Avenue at 9pm the night before, so the strip is already pedestrian by Sunday morning. Come in from the south and walk north — density builds from the east end.
Getting there
VIP check-in is the Miami Dade College lot, noon to 4pm, and the shuttle covers the strip. Streets reopen by 5am Monday.
